Eastland Mall Overtime Lawsuit Notice And Consent

An action is pending in the United States Federal District Court in Columbus, Ohio on behalf of a class consisting of all individuals currently and formerly employed by Eastland Mall between January 28, 2017 and the present, who were paid on an hourly basis, and who did not receive overtime payment at a rate of one and one-half times their regular rate of pay for all hours worked in a workweek in excess of 40 (“the Class”).

If you fit within the Class described above and you wish to seek a payment in this lawsuit, you must complete a Notice of Consent form and file it with the United States District Court for the Eastern Division in Columbus, Ohio no later than March 22, 2021. The Notice of Consent and complete description of the Notice Process and lawsuit can be obtained here or by contacting Class Counsel listed below.  An electronic copy of the Consent can also be provided for remote signature and execution.  If you fit within the Class described above, and you do not file a Notice of Consent for on or before the Court-ordered deadline of March 22, 2021, you will not be able to participate in this lawsuit.
